On 13 March 2025, up to seven teams in each division got their ticket to the Finals! The jury selected the teams based on the 10 contests of the decathlon. An additional jury panel comprising members from the real estate industry selected one team in each division as the ‘most promising entry’. These teams got entry into the finals as wildcards. The finalist teams have collectively worked on 41 real net-zero building solutions that are scalable, market-ready and can make real-world impact.
