Manoj Kumar

Manoj is a design leader with more than 16 years of experience across multiple disciplines, cultures, and categories. Currently serving as the Head of KOKO Labs’ Research & Design Services Team, he is in charge of establishing design practice and providing direction on design interventions for a range of innovative initiatives;

He has past experience working with KANTAR & LUMIUM, assisting a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 firms to startups. He was involved in the development of over 100 products that have been launched in the Indian, American, African and European markets.

In the past, he has played key roles in creating innovation pipelines for a number of prominent organizations, including Pepsico, Philips, Samsung, ICICI, Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj, Himalaya, Asian Paints, Aditya Birla Group, Godrej, TATA, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and many more.
